HR by Design offers individuals several choices in a career coaching package customized to fit your personal needs. All packages are available at entry, professional and executive levels.

Resume Development Package: Whether you need a resume developed from scratch or have one that needs remodeling, HR by Design can help you create a resume that will attract attention and increase the odds that you will be invited for an interview. The Resume Development package includes a dynamic cover letter and a two page resume.

Dynamic Interviewing Package: When it comes time to interview for that dream job, HR by Design can help you prepare for general questions, difficult questions and that question you hope they don't ask but know they will. We will help you develop behavior based questions and conduct a mock interview with you.

Career Management 101 Program: With Career Management 101 you receive the Resume Development Package and the Dynamic Interviewing Package. In addition, you receive 10 sixty minute coaching sessions. The coaching sessions target job search needs as follows:

• Session 1 - Developing career goals
• Session 2 - Creating a job search strategy
• Session 3 - Developing a marketing plan
• Session 4 - Job search progress report
• Session 5 - Enhancing networking skills
• Session 6 - Interviewing analysis
• Session 7 - Negotiating the offer
• Sessions 8 thru 10 - Additional sessions as needed over the period of the agreement.
